THE TEN COMMANDMENTS of being a good neighbor
THOU SHALT
Honor thy neighbor on the left and thy neighbor on the right, and the one in back too.
Pick up thy own dog's poop.
Not use our streets as a racetrack.
Keep yards free of nasty weeds.
Park your chariot on street so as not to block any driveway.
Quell raucous noisemaking late at night.
Learn and follow restraints, covenants, and edicts.
Close trash bags so garbage does not foul neighbors’ yards.
Pick up newspapers, or have them picked up should you venture from home
Attend Board meetings to find out what’s going on.
